Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Munova collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Munova is a software business based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and it has no account system or sign-up form. We only receive personal information when you contact us yourself, for example by email. That usually means your name, email address and whatever you tell us about your project.

Like any website, the hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and discuss your project.
• To send a proposal or agreement if you ask for one.
• To keep records we need for tax, legal and accounting purposes.

We will not sell your information or use it to send marketing you did not ask for. If we send promotional messages, we will follow Canada's anti-spam law, which means we will have your consent and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who sees it

Only Munova. We use email and business tools from other providers to run the business, and they store information on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it. Some providers store data outside Canada, so it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not become projects for up to two years, then delete them. Records connected to client work, invoices and contracts are kept as long as the law requires, which is generally six years for tax records.

Protecting it

We limit access, use strong authentication on our accounts and keep software up to date. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will tell you and report it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hananqazi21@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Client work

When we build software for a client, we handle personal information of the client's customers only on the client's instructions and under our written agreement with them. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that client first about your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
